About Kelly
Kelly Gray is a trauma-informed Transformational Coach, healer, and ceremonialist devoted to guiding women through the initiatory path of healing the Mother Wound and rising into empowered self-leadership. Her work weaves together modern psychology, sacred feminine wisdom, and energy medicine to help women move beyond survival, reclaim their inner power, and return to the fullness of who they came here to be.
Rooted in her own profound journey of healing from Complex Trauma and emotional neglect, Kelly brings a combination of grounded presence, deep compassion, and embodied wisdom. She knows the terrain of transformation intimately — the unraveling, the remembering, the rebirth — and carries women through this process with steadiness, insight, and unwavering respect for their sovereignty.
In her coaching and healing practice, Kelly weaves trauma-informed wisdom, energy medicine, and sacred ceremony into holistic experiences that invite women into profound healing and self-remembrance. She creates spaces where the nervous system settles, truth rises, and women reconnect with the intelligence of their own inner guidance. Within this container, healing becomes initiation — a return to authenticity, wholeness, and self-leadership.
Whether through one-on-one sessions, workshops, or ceremonial gatherings, Kelly supports women as they release the weight of the past, reclaim their power, and align with their deeper purpose. Her work guides women into lives marked by empowerment, fulfillment, emotional maturity, and the freedom to rise into the woman they were always meant to be.
Kelly’s training is extensive and interdisciplinary. She completed a graduate-level, year-long program with Dr. Gabor Maté’s Compassionate Inquiry Professional Program, specializing in childhood development, attachment, trauma, stress physiology, and addiction. She is also an International Coaching Federation–trained coach; a shamanic practitioner; a meditation teacher; a Reiki and energy medicine practitioner; a sound bath facilitator; and a ceremonial guide.
Her spiritual and initiatory path includes working with ayahuasca and completing Amazonian plant-medicine dietas with the Shipibo people of Peru. She is an initiated practitioner of Andean Mysticism in the Q’ero lineage — direct descendants of the Inca — where she trained in perceiving, attuning, and guiding energy for healing, balance, and transformation.
