This free 20-minute consultation is an opportunity for us to meet on Zoom and sense whether this work is the right next step for you. It’s a spacious, grounded conversation where you can share what’s calling you forward, ask questions about my approach, and feel into the energetic fit between us.

A deeply attuned, trauma-informed, energetically grounded session designed to meet you exactly where you are on your path of growth and inner leadership.
This 75-minute experience weaves together science, energy work, archetypal exploration, and intuitive guidance to support your evolution. Whether you’re navigating Mother Wound patterns, expanding your emotional maturity, or stepping into a more empowered expression of yourself — this is a sacred, intentional space to do that work.
Each session is unique and may include:
Compassionate Inquiry (Dr. Gabor Maté)
Nervous system education and embodied regulation practices
Energy work (Reiki, sound, intuitive clearing, Andean energy work)
Inner child or parts-based exploration
Archetypal and identity work

You’ll also receive a follow-up email summarizing key themes, teachings, and integration prompts to anchor your insights into your daily life.
We begin with a grounded check-in and intention setting. From there, we follow what’s most alive in your field — with clarity, care, and spaciousness.
In-person sessions (recommended for those in the Edmonton area) include a ceremonial cup of ethically sourced cacao to support grounding, heart connection, and a deeper inward journey.

QHHT Soul Journey
$375 plus GST
5-6 hours
A full-day initiatory journey for women ready to explore past lives, receive profound guidance, and awaken the deeper wisdom of the Self.
Quantum Healing Hypnosis Technique (QHHT), developed by Dolores Cannon, is a unique in-person process that guides you into a deep theta state — a doorway into past-life memory, expanded consciousness, and direct communication with your Higher Self.
This is not simply a regression.
It is ceremony. It is remembrance. It is soul medicine.
Each session includes:
A heart-led intake & intention setting
Past-life exploration
Connection with the Higher Self for guidance, clarity, and insight
Energetic clearing and nervous system support
A full audio recording of your session
A detailed transcript and 26-page integration workbook
A follow-up email with reflections and integration prompts
Sessions unfold organically within a private, energetically curated space and typically last 5–6 hours. I book only one QHHT session per day to ensure full presence, care, and a deeply held ceremonial field.

By scheduling your appointment, you are agreeing to the following cancellation policy:
Scheduling an appointment is the reservation of time put aside specifically for me. I acknowledge a mutual understanding of the value of our time. I understand that 48 hours notice is required to reschedule or cancel appointments. I understand that I will be charged 50% of the appointment price if I cancel my appointment less than the required number of hours in advance. I also understand I will be charged the full appointment price for any missed appointments.
