If you are the woman who carries too much, questions herself constantly, and is tired of living this way, this workshop is for you.

You may look capable on the outside, but underneath, you feel exhausted from managing everything. You may have worked on yourself, tried to understand your patterns, and still find yourself stuck in the same painful loops: overgiving, overthinking, not trusting yourself, and struggling to care for yourself in the ways you actually need.

For many women, these patterns are not random. They are rooted in early relational dynamics that taught them to override themselves, disconnect from their needs, and become highly attuned to others while neglecting the nurturance, protection, and guidance they needed internally.

Neglecting your own needs is very common for women with a mother wound, and this workshop is designed to help you begin changing that by learning how to truly care for yourself and become the inner mother you always longed for.

Becoming Your Inner Mother is a two-part workshop for women who are ready to build a more nurturing, protective, and grounded relationship with themselves. This shift is powerful and can change your life by creating the inner stability and support needed to become a more thriving woman.

This workshop is for you if:

  • you carry a lot and often feel like the one holding everything together

  • you tend to overgive, overfunction, or override your own needs

  • you look capable on the outside, but feel overwhelmed, depleted, or under-supported underneath

  • you question yourself more than you want to and would like to trust yourself more deeply

  • you struggle to care for yourself in ways that are consistent, grounded, and truly supportive

  • you are beginning to recognize how the mother wound has shaped your patterns

  • you want to build a more nurturing, protective, and grounded relationship with yourself

  • you are ready for a more honest and meaningful next step in your healing

This workshop is for you if you’re beginning to recognize how the mother wound has shaped these patterns, and you’re ready to build a more nurturing, protective, and grounded relationship with yourself. It is for women who are ready for a more honest and meaningful next step in their healing, and who want to stop minimizing their needs and start supporting themselves in a more real way.

What You’ll Learn

In this two-part workshop, we’ll explore:

What it means to become your Inner Mother
We’ll define what the Inner Mother is, what it is not, and explore the three core qualities of nurturance, protection, and guidance.

Why caring for yourself can feel so difficult
We’ll look at how the mother wound can shape patterns like self-abandonment, over-functioning, hyper-independence, shame, and difficulty receiving support.

The nervous system, co-regulation, and inner steadiness
You’ll learn how early relational dynamics shape your ability to settle, support yourself, and feel grounded, and why self-care can be so difficult to sustain without this understanding.

What self-care actually is
We’ll explore the difference between soothing and real support, what true self-care is, beyond what is often marketed to us, and what it looks like to build practices that genuinely nourish and steady you.

Protection, boundaries, and discernment
We’ll talk about the protective side of the Inner Mother, including boundaries, self-respect, and the ability to stop abandoning yourself. This is especially important for women who identify as empaths or highly sensitive.

The difficult subject of no contact with your mother
We’ll explore this with nuance, honesty, and care, including the discernment that can be required when a relationship continues to cause harm.

Community care and receiving support
We’ll talk about the importance of community care, and why healing is not meant to rest entirely on a woman trying to do everything on her own. We’ll also explore what healthy support can look like, and how to begin finding community that feels nourishing, grounded, and aligned.

Guidance, ritual, ceremony, and energy work
We’ll explore how inner guidance, ritual, ceremony, and energy work can support a more grounded, compassionate, and trusting relationship with yourself.

An experiential practice
The workshop will also include a guided experiential component to help you begin connecting more directly with the qualities of the Inner Mother within yourself.

Why this Work matters

Many women know how to keep going. They know how to be capable, responsible, thoughtful, and caring. But beneath that competence, many are living with a relationship to themselves that is strained, neglectful, or lacking the support they truly need.

They may know how to show up for others, but not how to consistently show up for themselves. They may know how to push through, hold everything together, and keep functioning, but not how to offer themselves the nurturance, protection, and guidance that creates real inner steadiness.

This is one of the lasting impacts of the mother wound.

When a woman has not fully received the care, attunement, and support she needed, she often grows into adulthood still trying to do life without a strong inner foundation. She may override her needs, second-guess herself, struggle to rest, resist support, or feel unsure how to truly care for herself in a way that feels loving, grounded, and effective.

And many women are then handed a version of healing that puts even more pressure on them: regulate yourself, heal yourself, support yourself, fix this on your own.

But women were never meant to do all of this alone.

Part of healing is learning how to care for yourself differently. And part of healing is learning how to let support in, to recognize what healthy community looks like, and to stop building your life around total self-reliance.

That is why this work matters.

Because becoming your own Inner Mother can begin to change the way you live. It can help you build a more supportive relationship with yourself, protect your energy, make clearer choices, receive healthier support, and create the inner stability needed for a more thriving life.

My Approach

My work is trauma-informed, soul-led, and grounded in the understanding that real change asks for more than insight alone. I help women understand the deeper patterns that shaped them, while also supporting them in building the inner capacities needed to live differently.

I know that many women are thoughtful, self-aware, and deeply capable, and still find themselves caught in patterns of self-abandonment, over-responsibility, overthinking, and difficulty receiving support. I also know that healing can become another place where women put pressure on themselves, expect too much from themselves, or believe they should be able to do it all alone.

That is not the approach I take.

My work is not about fixing yourself, performing healing, or endlessly analyzing your pain. It is about helping you build a more honest, compassionate, protective, and grounded relationship with yourself, one that supports real change over time.

In this workshop, I bring together trauma-informed understanding, nervous system education, practical self-reflection, and soul-led perspectives to help you navigate this work with more clarity, steadiness, and support. I also bring the perspective of someone who understands that transformation is real work. It asks something of us. It requires honesty, participation, and a willingness to stop abandoning ourselves in the ways we have learned to.
