THE EXPERIENCE
Rest inside a circle of sound
You settle onto your mat beneath the soft glow of candlelight. The room quiets. A guided meditation invites you out of the pace of the day and into stillness.
Then the sound begins.
Gong, crystal and Himalayan singing bowls, chimes, drum, harmonium, harp and other instruments move through the labyrinth as we play around you - and at times directly above the body - creating a layered, immersive field of sound.
There is nothing you need to achieve.
Simply get comfortable, close your eyes, and receive.
There is nothing you need to achieve
WHAT MAKES THIS DIFFERENT
This isn’t a sound bath from the front of the room
An immersive experience shaped by movement, live sound, and the beauty of the labyrinth itself.
IMMERSIVE
We move throughout the labyrinth while playing, allowing sound to surround you from different directions and distances.
LAYERED
Two practitioners to combine rhythm, sustained tones, vibration and melody in a deliberate progression, allowing the soundscape to deepen as the journey unfolds.
INTIMATE WITHIN A GRAND SPACE
The candlelit labyrinth becomes part of the experience itself — a beautiful setting for rest, reflection, and inner exploration.
THE INSTRUMENTS
A soundscape designed
to take you deeper
Each sound bath is intentionally created to support a gradual shift from the activity of the day into deeper states of relaxation, stillness and inward awareness.
We use rhythm, resonance, repetition and layers of sound to create a journey that unfolds over the full 90 minutes — helping the body soften, the thinking mind become quieter, and attention move inward.
Gong · Crystal Singing Bowls · Himalayan Bowls · Harmonium · Therapy Harp · Handpan · Buffalo Drum · Ocean Drum · Chimes · Flute · Tongue Drum · Rainstick · Shakers · Rattles
A carefully layered journey from relaxation into deeper states of awareness.
WHY PEOPLE COME
Come exactly as you are
A sound bath can be many things — deep rest, meditation, inner exploration, beauty, or simply a pause from the pace of everyday life.
TO DEEPLY UNWIND
Give yourself 90 minutes where nothing is required of you. Lie down, get comfortable and allow yourself to rest.
TO JOURNEY INWARD
Sound can become a doorway inward. Some people experience imagery, emotion, insight or creative inspiration. Others enter a quiet, spacious or trance-like state.
TO DEEPEN YOUR MEDITATION
Some participants choose to sit in meditation for the entire sound journey, allowing the layers of sound to support sustained attention, stillness and a deeper inward state.
TO EXPERIENCE SOMETHING BEAUTIFUL
Candlelight, live music and the architecture of the labyrinth create an atmosphere unlike an ordinary meditation class or sound bath.
There is no right way to experience a sound bath.
Lie down and rest. Sit in meditation. Follow the sound inward. The experience is yours.
A PAST ATTENDEE
What the
experience can open
Every person experiences the sound differently. For D.M., it became a doorway into deep meditation and embodied reflection.
I don't believe in coincidences. It was fate that led me to meeting Kelly at one of her sound baths. Her skills with gongs, singing bowls and the various instruments she uses are amazing.
This sound bath brought me into a deep state of meditation where I revisited some past experiences consciously and somatically.
10/10, 5 stars. Everything Kelly does is phenomenal. So glad I decided to go to that spontaneous sound bath. Thanks Kelly!
