These Terms & Conditions support a clear and respectful container for all offerings provided through The Empowered Daughter, including:
Workshops
Group programs
Ceremonial gatherings and events
Private healing or coaching sessions
QHHT® (Quantum Healing Hypnosis Technique)
By registering for, booking, or participating in any offering through The Empowered Daughter, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to the terms outlined below.
1. Nature of the Work
The offerings provided through The Empowered Daughter are educational, experiential, and personal-development oriented.
Workshops, programs, and private sessions are designed to support self-awareness, emotional insight, and personal growth.
These offerings are not therapy, medical treatment, or psychological care, and they are not intended to diagnose, treat, or cure any medical or mental health condition.
Participation in any offering is voluntary. Participants remain responsible for their own choices, interpretations, and personal integration.
2. Mental Health Disclaimer
Kelly Gray is not acting as a licensed therapist, psychologist, or medical practitioner.
Workshops, programs, and private sessions are not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, or psychiatric care.
If you are experiencing significant mental health challenges, you are encouraged to seek support from a qualified licensed professional.
Participants remain responsible for their own wellbeing and for seeking appropriate support when needed.
3. Participant Responsibility & Readiness
Participants are responsible for ensuring that they are in an appropriate emotional and psychological state to engage with the material and experiences offered.
The work offered through The Empowered Daughter can involve meaningful personal reflection and emotional awareness. Participants agree to take responsibility for their own wellbeing and to seek appropriate professional support if needed.
These offerings are designed for individuals who are capable of self-reflection and personal responsibility.
If you are currently experiencing significant mental health challenges or are under active psychiatric care, you are encouraged to consult with a qualified professional before participating.
By booking or participating, you acknowledge that you are:
mentally and emotionally stable enough to participate
not seeking crisis support, diagnosis, or rescue
fully responsible for your wellbeing, choices, and actions
engaging in this process with self-leadership and discernment
You are a co-creator of your experience.
4. Workshops & Group Events
Workshops and group events offered through The Empowered Daughter are educational and experiential in nature.
Participation may include teaching, reflection exercises, guided practices, and group learning experiences.
Your place in a workshop is reserved once registration and payment have been completed.
When indicated on the event page, workshop recordings may be provided to registered participants.
5. Workshop Cancellation & Refund Policy
Because workshops are prepared in advance and spaces are limited, the following cancellation policy applies.
More than 72 hours before the workshop
Cancellations made more than 72 hours before the scheduled workshop start time are eligible for a full refund.
Within 72 hours of the workshop
Cancellations made within 72 hours of the workshop are non-refundable.
In some circumstances, registration may be transferred to a future workshop at Kelly’s discretion depending on availability.
After the workshop begins
Once a workshop has started, refunds are no longer available.
6. Workshop Recordings
Some workshops may be recorded and shared with registered participants.
Recordings are intended for personal review by those who registered for the event.
Workshop recordings, materials, and teachings may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or shared publicly without written permission.
Participants may not record, photograph, screenshot, or reproduce any portion of workshops, sessions, or group discussions without prior written permission. This includes audio recordings, video recordings, screenshots, and the sharing of replay links or workshop materials.
This policy protects both the intellectual property of The Empowered Daughter and the privacy of all participants.
7. Private Sessions: QHHT®, Healing, & Coaching Sessions
Private sessions with Kelly Gray may include modalities such as QHHT®, intuitive coaching, or other empowerment-based facilitation.
These sessions are intended to support personal reflection, insight, and growth.
As with workshops, these offerings are not therapy or medical treatment.
Participants remain responsible for their own interpretations, integration, and personal decisions following a session.
8. Private Session Cancellation Policy
Private sessions require significant preparation and reserved time.
The following cancellation policy applies unless otherwise specified during booking.
More than 72 hours before the scheduled session
Cancellations made more than 72 hours before the appointment are eligible for a full refund.
Within 72 hours of the appointment
Cancellations made within 72 hours of the scheduled session are non-refundable.
In some circumstances, rescheduling may be offered depending on availability.
Late arrivals
If you arrive late to a scheduled session, the session may still end at the originally scheduled time.
9. Lateness + No-Show Policy
Free Consultation Sessions
Kelly remains on the call for 5 minutes.
If you do not arrive within that window, the consultation is considered a no-show and must be rebooked.
Paid Sessions (QHHT + Coaching)
Please arrive at your scheduled time.
If you are late, the session may be shortened.
Arrivals more than 15 minutes late will be considered a no-show at Kelly’s discretion.
No-shows are not eligible for refunds.
10. Private Session Rescheduling
Rescheduling is available with appropriate notice.
You may reschedule your session more than 72 hours in advance.
Rescheduling within 72 hours of the scheduled session is not guaranteed and is at Kelly’s discretion, depending on availability and the circumstances.
Missed sessions and no-shows are not eligible for rescheduling or refund.
11. Payment & Pricing
All prices are listed in Canadian Dollars (CAD) unless otherwise stated.
Payment is required to confirm your place in a workshop, program, or session.
The Empowered Daughter reserves the right to update pricing for future offerings.
12. Results Are Not Guaranteed
The work offered through The Empowered Daughter is designed to support personal reflection, insight, and growth.
Because every individual brings their own history, readiness, and life circumstances to the work, specific outcomes cannot be guaranteed.
Participation in workshops, programs, or private sessions does not guarantee personal, emotional, financial, or relational results.
Each participant remains responsible for their own choices, actions, and integration of the material presented.
13. Confidentiality
Your privacy is held with deep respect. Everything you share with Kelly—verbally or in writing—is treated as confidential and is used solely to support your session, workshops, and other offerings. Kelly will not share your personal information or the contents of your session without your explicit consent.
It’s important to understand that, while Kelly honours confidentiality as a core ethical commitment, this relationship is not a legally privileged one (such as a relationship with a lawyer or medical professional). This means confidentiality has a few reasonable limits.
Confidentiality does not apply to information that:
Kelly is legally required to disclose (for example through a court order or subpoena)
indicates a risk of harm to yourself or others
involves illegal activity
If any of these circumstances arise, Kelly will use discernment, integrity, and respect in determining the appropriate response.
You are encouraged to ask questions about confidentiality at any time to ensure you feel fully informed and comfortable within the container we are creating together.
14. Permissions + Recordings (If Applicable)
QHHT sessions will be audio-recorded for your integration.
By booking a session, you consent to this recording for your personal reference and integration.
15. Intellectual Property
All workshop materials, recordings, teachings, written content, and intellectual property shared through The Empowered Daughter remain the property of Kelly Gray.
These materials are provided for personal learning and reflection only.
They may not be reproduced, distributed, or shared publicly without written permission.
16. Technology Requirements (Virtual Sessions)
You are responsible for ensuring:
stable internet
a working device
privacy and quiet during the session
comfort and safety during deep relaxation
Technical issues on the client’s side will not extend the length of the session.
17. Personal Responsibility & Liability
By participating in any offering provided through The Empowered Daughter, you acknowledge that:
participation is voluntary,
you remain responsible for your own wellbeing, choices, and decisions.
Kelly Gray and The Empowered Daughter are not liable for any decisions, interpretations, or actions taken by participants following workshops, programs, or private sessions.
Participants remain responsible for seeking appropriate professional advice where necessary.
18. Agreement to Terms
By registering for, booking, or participating in any offering through The Empowered Daughter, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
