The Spiral Workshop Series

A pathway through the core layers of healing, self-trust, and authentic self-leadership

Healing rarely happens in a straight line.

Most of us revisit the same themes again and again — each time with deeper understanding, more capacity, and greater compassion for ourselves.

The Spiral Workshop Series was created to support this kind of growth.

Each workshop explores a different layer of the journey.

Together they form a spiral through the inner foundations that allow women to move from self-criticism and survival patterns into clarity, self-trust, and authentic living.

Many Women Begin With the Mother Wound Workshop

For many women, the first doorway into this work is understanding the mother wound — the ways early relationships shape our sense of self, belonging, and emotional safety.

The Free Mother Wound Workshop introduces the core ideas behind this work and helps women begin recognizing the patterns that often operate beneath the surface.

From there, the Spiral Workshop Series offers deeper opportunities to explore and practice the work in a more structured way.

The Spiral Pathway Workshop Series

1. Meet Your Inner Child

Understanding the childhood adaptations that shaped how you relate to yourself today.

This workshop explores how early pressure, criticism, or emotional neglect can become internalized as self-judgment and over-responsibility.

The work begins with awareness and compassion.

2. Becoming Your Inner Mother

Developing the inner capacity to support, protect, and guide yourself with steadiness and care.

Here we explore how to cultivate an internal relationship that offers the safety, encouragement, and structure that many of us did not receive consistently growing up.

3. Energy Mastery for Empaths

Learning to work skillfully with sensitivity, boundaries, and energetic awareness.

For many empathic women, emotional and energetic overwhelm becomes a hidden drain on their lives. This workshop explores how to stay open and perceptive without losing yourself.

4. Soul-Led Life Design

Clarifying the deeper direction of your life and learning to make decisions aligned with your authentic self.

Once the inner foundation is stronger, we can begin shaping our lives from clarity rather than pressure or obligation.

The Philosophy of a Spiral

Why a spiral?

Because growth rarely unfolds in a straight line.

We revisit the same themes again and again — but each time with greater awareness and capacity.

Understanding our childhood patterns allows compassion to emerge.

From compassion we begin building inner support.

With inner support, we develop the capacity to work skillfully with our energy and sensitivity.

And from that foundation, we can begin consciously shaping a life that reflects who we truly are.

The spiral simply reflects the natural rhythm of this process.

Who This Work is For

This work tends to resonate with women who:

  • are thoughtful, perceptive, and emotionally aware

  • have spent years trying to improve themselves through effort and discipline

  • sense that something deeper is shaping their patterns

  • are drawn to both psychology and Soul-oriented work

  • want to relate to themselves with more compassion and clarity

How the workshops work together

Each workshop in the Spiral Series stands on its own.

You are welcome to begin wherever the work resonates most strongly.

Many women begin with Meet Your Inner Child, as it lays the foundation for understanding the patterns we carry.

Others join individual workshops as they feel called.

Over time, the series offers a way to explore the deeper layers of your inner life — returning again and again to the spiral with greater understanding.

Your Guide — Kelly Gray

Trauma-Informed Healer • Transformational Coach • Ceremonialist

Kelly Gray supports women in understanding how their early experiences shaped the way they relate to themselves, and in developing a more compassionate, steady inner foundation from which real change can emerge.

Her work weaves together research-based understanding of the nervous system and childhood development with soul-oriented practices that support deeper self-connection and personal transformation.

Kelly draws from teachings including:

  • Compassionate Inquiry, developed by Dr. Gabor Maté

  • Polyvagal-informed nervous system education

  • The psychology of childhood emotional neglect

  • Andean and earth-based ceremonial traditions

  • Archetypal frameworks such as the Hero’s Journey

  • Feminine wisdom traditions

Her approach is both grounded and expansive — integrating psychological insight, nervous system awareness, and spiritual perspective to support women in becoming more fully themselves.

A Deeper Journey

For women who feel called to explore this work more deeply, the Spiral Workshops also serve as preparation for a longer group journey.

Beginning in September, a small cohort of women will gather for The Heroine's Journey, a 12-week program exploring the deeper layers of healing, self-leadership, and authentic living.

More information about this program will be shared soon.
