The Heroine’s Path

A 12-Week Initiatory Program with two gatherings each week:

Tuesdays at 6:30 PM MT
Saturdays at 9:00 AM MT

for Women Ready to Move Beyond Old Survival Patterns
& Build a Life That Feels Like Their Own

Limited to 15 participants.
Reserve your place with $100 payment.

You have begun to understand the patterns.

You may know why you people-please, over-function, doubt yourself, abandon your needs, or stay too long in roles and relationships that no longer fit.

You may have done the reading, attended workshops, reflected deeply, or spent years trying to “fix” yourself.

And still, there may be a part of you asking:

How do I actually live differently now?

The Heroine’s Path is a small, supported 12-week program for women who are ready to move beyond insight alone and begin creating change through practice, reflection, community, guided inner work, and self-led action.

This is a space to understand what shaped you, rebuild your relationship with yourself, and begin making choices from the woman you are becoming—not only from the version of you who learned to survive.

The Heroine’s Path begins October 13, 2026

A 12-week live group program with two gatherings each week:

You May Be Ready for The Heroine’s Path If...

You are thoughtful, capable, and self-aware—but still find yourself caught in patterns that do not reflect who you truly are.

You may recognize yourself here:

✦ You understand that your childhood shaped you, but you are not sure how to create lasting change in your life now.

✦ You are tired of understanding your patterns intellectually while repeating them in real life.

✦ You find yourself people-pleasing, over-functioning, caretaking, self-silencing, or carrying more than your share.

✦ You are ready to stop organizing your life around other people’s moods, expectations, needs, or approval.

✦ You struggle to trust yourself, honour your needs, or know what you genuinely want.

✦ You want to deepen your relationship with your Inner Child, Inner Mother, body, intuition, and authentic voice.

✦ You are longing for more clarity, capacity, belonging, self-trust, and direction.

✦ You are ready to build a life that feels more like your own.

This is not about becoming a “better” version of yourself.

It’s about becoming more connected to the self who was there beneath the adaptations all along.

This Is Not Just Another Workshop

The Heroine’s Path is not simply a longer workshop; it’s a supported space for integration.

A group of women sitting in a circle in a cozy, softly lit room with candles and plants, engaged in a conversation or discussion.

Over 12 weeks, you will have time to learn, reflect, practice, be witnessed, ask questions, experiment with new choices, and return to the work again and again.

Because meaningful healing is rarely created through one breakthrough alone.

It’s created through repetition, attunement, and new choices. Through learning how to stay connected to yourself in the moments where you would once have disappeared, appeased, over-given, shut down, or abandoned your own truth.

This program is designed to help insight reach the places where old patterns were formed—and to help you begin building a different relationship with yourself in everyday life.

The Heroine’s Path blends trauma-informed education, guided inner work, nervous-system support, reflection, energy practices, ceremony, and community.

You will not be asked to relive trauma.

You will not be pressured to disclose more than feels right for you.

You will be invited to move at an honest pace—with compassion, responsibility, consent, and care.

1. Lay the Ground

Create the conditions for real change.

We begin by building capacity, orientation, and a more compassionate understanding of the patterns you carry. You will begin noticing the places where old survival strategies still shape your choices, relationships, energy, and sense of self.

2. Meet the Past

Understand the experiences that shaped you.

We explore the roots of the Mother Wound, emotional neglect, childhood adaptation, attachment, self-abandonment, and the beliefs you may have inherited about love, worth, belonging, and what it means to have needs.

3. Rebuild Inner Steadiness

Develop the capacity to stay connected to yourself.

This stage focuses on nervous-system awareness, self-attunement, nurturance, and the practices that help you remain more present, resourced, and responsive in your own life.

4. Reclaim the Self

Strengthen your voice, boundaries, desires, and inner leadership.

You will begin reconnecting with the parts of yourself that may have gone quiet: your truth, your anger, your creativity, your needs, your discernment, your longings, and your right to choose.

5. Integration & Return

Build a life that reflects who you are becoming.

The final stage brings the work into your real life: relationships, work, home, body, time, values, pleasure, community, and the choices that shape your future.

This is where healing becomes life design.

What You Will Experience

The Heroine’s Path is designed to offer both structure and space: time to learn, practice, reflect, integrate, and return to the work in the reality of your everyday life.

A workbook and integration materials to support the process between sessions

Full program details, dates, and format will be shared with waitlist members before enrolment opens.

What Makes The Heroine’s Path Different

This program is for women who are ready for more than information.

You will not be asked to bypass your pain with positivity.

You will not be told to simply forgive, let go, or think differently.

You will not be asked to perform healing for anyone else.

And you will not be asked to become a version of yourself that is more palatable, productive, pleasing, or acceptable to others.

Instead, we’ll work with the truth of what shaped you—while also making room for what is possible now.

The Heroine’s Path is grounded in the understanding that healing is not only about looking back - it’s also about learning how to live forward.

It’s about becoming the woman who can nurture, protect, and guide herself.

It’s about creating a life that reflects your truth rather than your old survival patterns.

It’s about returning to yourself—and learning how to remain there.

A cozy, aesthetic setup with a cup of tea, a lit candle, dried flowers in a vase, tarot cards, a notebook with a pen, a wrapped bundle with a crescent moon illustration and dried lavender, a small dish with a rose quartz stone, and a pink crystal, all arranged on a soft, textured fabric.

A Small, Supported Cohort

This will be an intentionally small group of no more than 15 women.

The smaller size allows for depth, intimacy, reflection, and a sense of being genuinely held within the experience.

This is not a drop-in program.

It is a shared journey for women who are ready to show up for themselves, participate with honesty, and allow the work to unfold over time.

You don’t need to have everything figured out before you begin.

You don’t need to be perfectly healed.

You don’t need to arrive with the right words, the right story, or a polished version of yourself.

You only need to be willing to meet yourself with honesty—and to begin making room for a different way of living.

Your Guide: Kelly Gray

Trauma-Informed Transformational Coach • Ceremonialist • Mother Wound Educator

A woman with blonde curly hair smiling, wearing a black top, and touching her neck, with a beige textured wall and pampas grass in the background.

Kelly Gray supports thoughtful, sensitive, high-functioning women in understanding the patterns that shaped them and building a more authentic, self-led life.

Her work blends trauma-informed education, developmental understanding, nervous-system awareness, Inner Child and Inner Mother work, ceremony, energy practices, and soulful initiatory frameworks.

Kelly brings more than a decade of lived and professional experience to this work, including training through Dr. Gabor Maté’s Compassionate Inquiry Professional Program.

She understands that healing is not simply about knowing what happened.

It’s about learning how to relate to yourself differently because of what happened.

Kelly created The Heroine’s Path for women who are ready to stop circling the same patterns alone—and begin practicing a different relationship with themselves, in community.

The Invitation

You don’t need to have every detail of your future figured out.

You don’t need to know exactly who you are becoming.

You don’t need to be fully healed before you begin.

You only need to recognize that the old way of living is no longer enough.

There is another way to move forward.

A way that honours where you have been—without requiring you to remain there.

A way that helps you return to yourself.

A way that helps you reclaim your life.

A way that helps you begin choosing from a deeper place of truth.
